Sofie Mørck Jarl is Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Support in Novo Nordisk. Since 2025, she has been a member of the Novo Nordisk Pharmatech Board of Directors.
Ms. Jarl joined Novo Nordisk in 2007 and has since held key roles in Business Finance, Corporate Strategy and NNE. She has extensive experience in financial leadership and strategic management. Further, Ms. Jarl has served as CFO and executive board member at NNE, overseeing CAPEX projects.
Ms. Jarl holds a M.Sc. in Economics & Management from Aarhus University, 2007.
Ms. Jarl is a Danish National, born in 1980.
