Jean Fabian Jeldorf holds a M.Sc. in Auditing & Accounting (cand.merc.aud) from 2000 obtained at Copenhagen Business School.
Mr. Jeldorf joined the Board of Directors in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in 2020 as Chairman. Mr. Jeldorf has worked in the auditing industry from 1996 to 2002. In 2002 he joined Novo Nordisk A/S. In the last 15 years Mr. Jeldorf has held various leadership positions across the value chain in Novo Nordisk, and since August 2019 as Senior Vice President in the Product Supply, Quality and IT division with current responsibility for the global supply chain function.

Ulla Grove Krogsgaard Thomsen holds a M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from 1992 and a Ph.D. in Structural and Analytical chemistry from 1996, both obtained at University of Copenhagen.
Dr. Thomsen joined Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in 2021 as the CEO. Since 2019 she has been a member of the Bord of Directors. Dr. Thomsen joined Novo Nordisk A/S in 1997 where she initially headed up various scientific and leadership positions within Protein Engineering Research. For the last 12 years Dr. Thomsen has headed up Biopharmaceuticals API production in Product Supply.
Dr. Thomsen is a Danish National, born in 1968.

Tue Micheelsen is an accomplished commercial executive with over 20 years of experience in the biotech industry. He holds an M.Sc. in economics from Copenhagen Business School and concluded leadership and board education programs from Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Mr. Micheelsen joined Novozymes in 2003. In his various executive roles, he has been instrumental in advancing the company’s mission to better the world with biology. Several significant internation assignments mark his leadership experience; He led the company’s Middle East and Africa business out of Vienna and he led Region Asia stationed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In the newly formed company Novonesis, the world largest bio-solutions company, he is heading up Region North America stationed in North Carolina, USA. Tue Micheelsen joined the Board of NN Pharmatech in 2020.

Julie Aunbirk has been with NNE for more than 23 years and has, since July 2022, been heading up NNE’s largest area, covering all Engineering disciplines within Process & Facility Design.
Since 2008, Ms Aunbirk has held various line management positions within Process & Utility, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Validation. Furthermore, Ms Aunbirk was responsible for NNE’s QMS and Project Execution Model from 2018-2019. Before embarking line management, Ms Aunbirk spent eight years working with pharmaceutical and biotech projects in Project Management, Engineering Management, Concept development, and Commissioning & Qualification.

Jacob Sten Petersen has been Senior Vice President as Head of Global Nucleic Acid Therapies since 2023, responsible for RNAi modality and gene editing modality platform. He joined the Board of Directors of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in 2021.
Mr. Petersen joined Novo Nordisk in 2001 as CVP for Global Research Metabolic Diseases and Adjunct Professor. In 2006, he was awarded the Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from the medical faculty of Copenhagen University, Denmark, and from 2010-2022, he was a professor of biomedicine at the medical faculty of Copenhagen University.
Besides numerous presentations at international diabetes conferences, he has published approximately 70 papers in peer-reviewed journals, mainly on topics of diabetes prediction, prevention, and intervention but also on beta cell biology, physiology, and immunology.
Joachim Hagemeister

Joachim Hagemeister joined Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in 2012 as an operator specialised in clean room and aseptic production. Since 2016 he has been a member of the Bord of Directors.
Mr. Hagemeister joined Novo Nordisk A/S in 2001 and has been working with Glucagon in Gentofte, inspection of penfill and vials plus aseptic filling in Bagsværd before joining Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.
Mr. Hagemeister is working in Factory 20 Insulin Repack Facility and since 2023 he is also the process responsible supporter in the area.
Mr. Hagemeister is a Danish National, born in 1969.
Christian Brøgger Stolberg

Christian Brøgger Stolberg holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Medicine with Industrial Specialisation / Biomedicine.
Mr Stolberg joined Novo Nordisk Pharmatech in 2017 as a QA professional. In 2021 he joined production support as process responsible for the enzymes purification process in F8/F11. Mr Stolberg joined the KNSF in 2023 where he is currently working as the Operation Responsible for the WP02 process package.
Mr Stolberg is a Danish National, born in 1990.
