This morning, we proudly raised the Pride flag to celebrate Pride Week! 🏳️🌈
Our journey of being an inclusive and diverse place to work is ongoing, and this week is a great opportunity to put DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) at the spotlight to our employees.
To initiate meaningful dialogues about Pride and the LGBTQ+ community and diversity in general, our employees will be exposed to initiatives and stories such as:
• The courageous story of a transgender CEO, focusing on privilege, inclusion, and unconscious bias.
• Basic definitions that enable our understanding of DEIB, e.g., why we use the Progressive Flag to celebrate Pride and what the different colours stand for.
• Dialogue cards in our canteen with DEIB dilemmas and questions related to minorities, majorities, inclusion, and unconscious bias.
We recognise that there is still much to learn within DEIB, and we embrace this journey 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳.
