These are some of the comments in our latest customer satisfaction surveys, and we are ecstatic about the results 👏

Our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty are not goals – they´re necessary for our business. And how fortunate we are to be appreciated by them.

➝ When asked about overall satisfaction, our Recombinant Insulin customers scored 95 on a 0-100 scale, slightly improving from previous results.
➝ Our average NPS score across all areas was 70. Going on a scale from -100 to 100, we are very proud.
➝ Questions about our most valuable resource – our employees – scored an average of 92 out of 100.
