Making sure our company is a great place to work ensures that we are not just a good company but a 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 one. This mindset made us close the entire company for a day to discuss our culture. Focusing on what makes us strong is especially important now as the number of employees grows every month.

During the day, we learned more about our Insights profiles and how the cultural behaviors and differences strengthen our culture.
Luckily the weather allowed us to have our Walk&Talks by the sea during the day. And what better way to end our Culture Journey than throw a theme party in the evening, traveling to Mallorca for a traditional Danish ”grisefest”. Even though we physically never left Køge, the atmosphere during the party was unforgettable.
