On Wednesday employees from Novo Nordisk Pharmatech met for an all-day event to deep dive into our strategy, our products, our customers, and the patients for whom this ultimately benefits.
The fact that the focus on the patient is important to us was made even more clear when an addition to our purpose was revealed: Enabling better medicines. Enabling better lives. This is why we go to work every day – to support our customers in making medicine for the benefit of patients.
We want to know and support our customers. We strongly believe that to provide great service, it is crucial for every member of our value chain to understand our customers. A wonderful team of colleagues prepared a gallery walk, where they with great passion presented our products and processes for everybody to create a common understanding across our organisation.
It is important that we remember to enjoy the journey we are on, celebrate the milestones, and nurture an enjoyable work environment.
