40 years in the same company is nothing short of impressive. This achievement will be celebrated by Anette Kramer on September 1.
Anette started in Nordisk Gentofte (later Novo Nordisk) back in 1982 in the microbial laboratory. As a newly qualified pharmacologist, her first tasks were sterile testing in what used to be a small department.
In 2000, Anette continued her journey in the Quality Assurance department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. At the time she was employee number 50. These days the Novo Nordisk subsidiary has more than 250 employees. Her main focus was GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) including facilitating the internal GMP training of all departments. She also played a major role in the implementation of the QMS (Quality Management System).
Although Anette has been with us for 40 years, her development has not stopped. As a part of her Individual Development Plan, Anette is now more involved with our customers, distributors, and suppliers and is QA responsible for internal and supplier audits. As a result of the development of the QA department, her position and tasks are more specialized now.
”It is easier for me to contribute to my daily work when I can go in-depth with the individual tasks. It also gives a greater overview.”
”From day one, I have felt very much at home in the company. The culture gives a family feel even as we continue to grow. My management has always listened to my wishes, and over the years I have been able to expand my skills and grow. I have lived out my work-related dreams and am excited to see what the coming years will bring.”
