“For the last five months I have been a part of the People & Organisation unit as an intern where I have had the opportunity to work with a wide array of exciting projects. Among other things I have been responsible for developing and implementing an onboarding program for leaders, and I have developed and facilitated workshops on feedback. Lastly, I have investigated the wellbeing agenda and provided proposals for future enhancement of organisational wellbeing. I have grown in my professional identity as organisational psychologist while at the same contributing to creating meaningful change at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech,” Tobias Wriedt, cand.psych.
At Novo Nordisk Pharmatech we welcome local and international students each semester. At the moment we have 16 student interns and the purpose for them is to gain hands-on experience in a leading global pharma company. For the period they are with us, each intern becomes an integral part of the team, with meaningful responsibilities – and challenges – that will allow them to grow and distinguish themselves in future work environments.
