Meet our Customer Support team. They take good care of our customer’s purchasing orders and are responsible for ensuring that orders arrive timely at our customer’s facilities worldwide.
Besides order handling and shipping, our customers also communicate with Customer Support if they have any requests for quality documentation.
As a supporting team to our International Sales Managers, Customer Support plays an important role and contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction.
