Meet Maxim Sierra Koltomov. Maxim is the Associate Manager at our Supply Chain team. The team focuses on sourcing raw materials, executing the production plan and supporting our future product pipeline.
When we purchase raw materials, we focus on quality, delivery and responsible sourcing. Going forward, we will also require that our suppliers only supply materials produced with renewable energy.
The Supply Chain team acts as a liaison between Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and our Sales & Marketing department. In this way, we ensure to meet our customer´s demands.
